Evansville, Indiana - June 28th 2002

I've only met Michael once, in person. I listened to his music a lot when I was younger because my mom is a big fan of him, and I really find it relaxing. I heard that he was coming to my hometown for a concert set up by a radio station here, along with a few more music artists. My sister, a friend, and I decided to go to the concert
since I like his music and I knew my mom would get jealous that I would see him. We got there three hours early to get front seats, and sure enough we got front row center. We watched some bands go through sound check and soon Michael came on stage to do his sound check. He started talking to my friend and I, which was cool because he is such a sweet and awesome person! He started singing (to check out the mic's) and I became thrilled to be right there in front of Michael Damian. A few minutes passed and he was leaving off stage when out of nowhere I blew him a kiss. Michael saw it, and telling me how sweet of a person I am he called me over and gave me a kiss on the cheek in front of everyone that was already there. I was the happiest person that night and I couldnt get him off my mind. I couldnt wait until it was his turn to come on stage and do his performance, which was actually a while away. I sat through pouring down rain just to see Michael perform that night, and it was worth it!!!
