When, Julien Decker, ex CIA agent and master decoder, assists the FBI in the capture of drug lord, John Huang, he becomes the target of the Chinese mob. Using the code name RED EYE, Decker receives missions via Internet by a mysterious ex NSA agent named CRACKERJACK. Decker's identity has remained a secret until Huang's vengeful brother hunts him down. But what his assailants don't know, is that Decker, possesses the visual phenomenon, "HIGH CONTRAST VISION", the cat like ability to see in the dark. Using his "RED EYE VISION", Decker makes a death defying escape and heads to Paris for his next mission.

Upon his arrival, Decker lands in deeper waters when the ravishing, femme fatale, ATHENA AKA MARINE LACOMBE, accidentally drops an encrypted map in his car. The map is intended for the ZYRIS crime network and the fact that it's missing puts Marine and Julian in jeopardy.

In the refuge of Decker's aunt's secluded chateau, he decodes the map, uncovering the access code to a high resolution satellite. Marine shows up at the chateau demanding the map. To protect his AUNT VIVIANE, Decker hands it over but secretly follows Marine onto a train headed for Paris.

Aboard the speeding train, unobserved by Marine, Decker sends a message via flip phone contacting the French Secret Service, otherwise known as the DST. He requests a meeting with the streetwise agent VINCENT MARTIN. When the train plunges into darkness, through his "RED EYE VISION", Decker spots one of Zyris's gunmen following orders to take out Marine. Decker saves Marine's life and in return she tells him Zyris's plan. The two split up but Zyris's right hand man finds Marine. She gives up the encrypted map in exchange for her life. Meanwhile, Julien is entangled in an explosive shoot-out with two gunmen on the train platform. Julien manages to disarm one gunman but is left with no bullets and no options when a shot rings out. The second gunman drops revealing DST agent, Vincent Martin.

Decker briefs Martin of Zyris's plot to hi-jack one of Sytek's satellites. They head to Sytek and plunge into a computer battle with the criminal mastermind Zyris as he attempts to black out the satellite enabling the prison escape of none other than John Huang. Decker's technical expertise finally supersedes Zyris and he regains control of the satellite thwarting John Huang's Hong Kong escape attempt.

Impressed by Decker's de-encrypment prowess, Martin offers him a job working with the DST as a special field agent. Decker accepts the proposal but with one condition, Martin must help investigate Decker's parents' murder. But first up on the agenda is a new partner for Decker who turns out to be none other than Marine Lacombe. Martin sees the potential in the pairing but the advantage of these two unique talents comes with a tradeoff. Despite their sexual attraction, Decker distrusts Marine's shady past and she questions Decker's experience in the field. They must earn each other's trust but ultimately are drawn together as the three agents face a myriad of international assailants beginning with Zyris........
